The Inter-American Network for Advanced Training and Research in Higher Education (InterRed) brings together universities and research centres from Canada, in the north, to Chile, at the southern end of the continent.
A network of networks
InterRed is, above all, a network of networks: it brings together institutions, research groups and researchers who share one conviction, that the common problems of higher education in the Americas call for answers built in collaboration.

Who makes the Network
A space for reflection, and a way in
It aims to be a space for reflection, exchange and collaboration among institutions and researchers across the Americas who share an interest in higher education. It is also a way in for postgraduate students who wish to widen the horizons of their institutions, enrich their training and build ties with peers from other countries and academic traditions.
This site draws on the experience of its members and serves as a platform for exchange and for making InterRed’s activities known.
